MEET CHEF SAM
Chef Sam Rae was born in Jamaica and moved to the Bronx, NY at the age of 10. With a grandmother who owned her own 'shop' in the rural parts of Jamaica and a mother who currently owns a Jamaican restaurant, cooking is in her blood. Chef Sam learned to cook from her mother and has honed in on her skills to cook comfort food that not only satisfies the taste buds but reminds you of home.
Chef Sam's primary mission is to appease the taste buds of her customers and accommodate each request in a timely manner.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
How did Cooking With Sam Rae get started? It's actually a simple answer! One Sunday afternoon a friend asked for assistance with meal prepping. After preparing 14 meals and cooking my own Sunday dinner, I realized that I was capable of making large meals. After receiving a number of requests to try my food, I decided to offer my services.
That Sunday night, the idea for Cooking With Sam Rae was born.

Chef Sam will be doing the grocery shopping, preparing the meals and personally delivering them to each customer. Cooking with Sam Rae currently provides the following meal prep options.
